The return policy presented below applies only to products purchased online via our website. For the refund of a purchase made in person with one of our representatives in Canada, see our in-person refund policy.

 

REFUNDS

We will be happy on the presentation of the electronic receipt, to make a refund on products purchased online still in its original condition after 14 days the date of purchase. Any refund will be made by the method of payment used. For a purchase made via Paypal, the refund will be made by credit or debit card.

The following products can not be refunded after the start of use of the services / products: Group Coaching, Private Coaching, Online Coaching, Forex Market Alert Services.

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REFUNDS

To accommodate you, we offer two options for returns of eligible items:

  • Return to the Montreal, Canada distribution center;
  • Back to offices in Quebec City, Canada.

Back to the distribution center in Montreal

If you want to return an item to the distribution center:

  • Call Customer Service at 1-800-680-2041 or send an email to refunds@wfstrading.com. Please provide the order number to the Customer Service Agent. You will then receive an e-mail with the voucher, indicating the return authorization number and the distribution center address. NOTE: You will not be able to return goods without completing this step.
  • Return the unused / undamaged item (s) in the original packaging with all instructions, parts and accessories to ensure credit to your account.
  • Go to a Canada Post office with your voucher and insert it into the self-adhesive envelope provided. Be sure to remove any irrelevant labels from the outside of the box.
  • The package must be returned to the distribution center: WFS Trading, 47 Belmont Street, Repentigny, QC, J6A 3N8.
    A $ 8 fee will apply to all returns shipped to the Distribution Center and will be deducted from the refund. A $ 10 surcharge will apply to all returns of oversized items – items longer than one (1) meter in length. Please note that all store returns are free. We can not accept cashback returns (OOD).
  • We advise you to keep the return authorization number in your files. We will not be held responsible for any damaged, misdirected or lost package.
    To secure a credit, items must be returned within 15 days of receiving the email from WFS Trading confirming your purchase. The postmark will be considered as the date of return.
  • Any refund will be made in the same form as the original payment and will be returned within two (2) weeks of receipt of the returned merchandise.
  • Merchandise returned to the distribution center will be refunded to the account of the person who made the purchase.

Back to offices located in Quebec City

To avoid shipping costs, you can return merchandise to any WFS Trading office in the country.

Please follow the following instructions:

  • Return the unused / undamaged item (s) in the original packaging with all instructions, parts and accessories to ensure credit to your account.
  • Bring your electronic invoice with you to the store as proof of purchase and the amount paid.
  • To secure a credit, items must be returned within 15 days of receiving the email from Sports Experts / Atmosphere confirming your purchase.
  • If your purchase was made in whole or in part with a promotional card, the in-store refund will be made in the same form as the original payment; you will receive a promotional card again if the promotion is still in effect. If the promotion is no longer in effect, you will receive a refund using a gift card equal to the amount of the promotional card.
